SMacReborn shutting down work for the rest of the year./How you can help!

The reason I'm shutting down this year is because quite frankly, standard quality videos isn't going to cut it anymore as shown by the lack of veiwers. If i'm going HD, I gotta cut my video game budget and save on an HD recorder and parts. This means no more video game walkthrough this year.

Mass Effect 2 Playthrough Postponed for two reasons

The #1 reason is that I can't make the time to do it. I'm currently loaded with school work.

#2 reason is that I'm not getting many viewers watching the videos I put out.

Mass Effect 2 Walkthrough switched to a Playthrough.

I realize that I'm not too good when it comes to making an RPG walkthrough. In all my walkthroughs, I try to find the best way to the beat every game with the best strategies and tactics for dealing all foes you encounter. An RPG walkthrough would take me a lot longer than others to get prepared to do it as I'd have to find the best out of a hundred-so weapons, armor, and battle strategies.

At least with the playthrough, viewers will get a glimpse of the game and its mechanics.

Uncharted 2 Video Walkthrough Cancelled

The reason is being the games release date being a week after Saw's release date. To much work to do in a week, not to mention work outside video games with college and babysitting.

With having to choose to do one or the other, I chose Saw because I'm more of a horror fan than adventure and I've watched all the movies. I might do Uncharted 2 in the future when the time frees up.

As of now, I'm postponeing it until I can get a better working mouse.

I just beat Metal Gear Solid 4 today just 2 weeks after buying the Ps3.

It was a good game. It took me about 3 days to beat. It was a struggle at certain parts in the game that took reading a walkthrough to get by them (I hated the first mission of Act 3 where you had to follow the reconassise man through the streets. Maybe I suck at trying to play stealth.).

The story was bit too complexed and force fed to you. It could've helped if their was a rewind option available to go back in case you don't quite understand or missed something, especially considering most cutscenes involving heavy story are about 10+ minutes long.

Neat dramatic moments. Nice large array of weapons and gadgets. Gameplay portion was decent and fun at certain parts. Good ending. I haven't played online yet.

I must note this was the first Metal Gear Solid I've ever played.

Grade: (Single Player) 8/10
